About

C&C started the way a lot of good things do: someone handed over the tools and said figure it out. The company grew out of decades in the trades, passed down and built on by the next generation, on real job sites, with real deadlines, learning the parts of this work you can’t teach in a classroom.

Three decades of combined experience later, C&C is a family-run remodeling company that treats your home or business the way we’d treat our own.

Our Story

We grew up around construction in Northwest Arkansas, so we know this area, the homes in it, and the people who live here.

A lot of our clients have been in their houses for years and finally have the equity and the reason to make them right. Others just moved here and want to put their own stamp on the place. And more and more, business owners downtown are calling us to turn a raw space into something ready to open. Different projects, same approach: show up, tell the truth, and build it right the first time.

Today C&C is run by Christian Todd and Colton Myers, carrying on what the previous generation started.

Why “done with you, not just for you”

Most renovations go sideways for one reason: the homeowner gets left in the dark. The contractor disappears after demo, changes show up as surprises on the invoice, and nobody knows what’s happening next.

We built C&C to work the opposite way.

Every project runs on clear phases, you get an update at each one, and if something changes, you hear it from us first. It’s also why we keep so much of the work in-house, right down to our own custom cabinet shop, where we build cabinetry and millwork to fit your space instead of ordering it from a catalog.

The more we control, the fewer surprises land on you. That’s the whole difference, and it’s the reason our clients feel like they actually have a partner in the process instead of just a crew in their house.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a remodel cost in Northwest Arkansas?

It depends on the scope, but here’s a general range for the whole-home projects we do most across Bentonville, Rogers, Cave Springs, Centerton, Springdale, and Fayetteville. For a home in the $600,000 to $800,000 range, a kitchen remodel typically runs $65,000 to $85,000, and a bathroom remodel typically runs $15,000 to $20,000. Every home and every project is different, so the real number comes from a walkthrough and a written estimate, not a website calculator.

What services do you offer?

We handle both residential and commercial remodeling throughout Northwest Arkansas. On the residential side, that’s whole home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, flooring, and finish work. On the commercial side, we do tenant changeovers, studio and office buildouts, structural work, and custom iron and steel. Full details are on our Services page.

What areas does C&C Renovations serve?

We work throughout Northwest Arkansas, including Bentonville, Rogers, Cave Springs, Centerton, Springdale, and Fayetteville. Our shop is based in Cave Springs, so we’re close to most of our clients and can get to a job site quickly.

How long does a remodel take?

Timelines depend on the size and scope of the project. A single room, like a kitchen or bathroom, usually takes a few weeks once work begins. A whole home renovation can run several months. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at the estimate stage, and you’ll get updates at each phase so you always know where things stand.

Is C&C Renovations licensed and insured?

Yes. We’re a licensed and insured remodeling contractor serving Northwest Arkansas, so you’re covered from the first walkthrough to the final walkthrough.

What is a tenant improvement or commercial buildout?

A tenant improvement, or buildout, is the work done to prepare a commercial space for a specific business, from structural changes and new walls to finishes and fixtures. We coordinate the whole process around your lease timeline so the space is ready when you need to open.

How soon can you start on my project?

It depends on the season and the size of the job, but we’ll give you a real timeline at your consultation instead of a vague estimate. Reach out and we’ll tell you honestly where you’d land in the schedule.

How do I get an estimate?

Fill out the form on our website or give us a call, and we’ll follow up within one business day to schedule a walkthrough. From there you’ll get a clear scope and a real number, not a guess.
