Terms and Conditions
- All pricing is based on a 6-month minimum subscription.
- Subscription hours do not roll over.
- Materials and specialized equipment are billed separately (unless specified).
- Emergency calls are subject to technician availability.
- General maintenance: filter changes, fixture
tightening, patching holes, basic yard work - Maintenance & minor repairs: plumbing leaks,
painting touch-ups, appliance troubleshooting, minor
carpentry
- Comprehensive repairs & upgrades: furniture assembly, fixture installation, tile repair, custom carpentry
- Service areas may be limited based on location.
- All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance (except for emergency
- calls).
- Subscription prices and services are subject to change with a 30-day notice.
- Plans are billed monthly and auto-renew unless canceled.
- Cancellation requires a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds for unused hours or visits are not provided.
- Services do not cover issues caused by negligence, improper maintenance, or
- unauthorized third-party repairs.
- Some materials required for repairs or installations are not included and must be
- purchased separately.
- All plans require a one time 14 point inspection, home service consultation for $125.
